Notice of Intent to Award Request for Proposals – Brownfields Environmental Consulting Services

This is a statement of the City of Cayce’s INTENT TO AWARD a contract.  All official statements of award are contingent upon approval by City Council unless otherwise rescinded.

RFP Issue Date: February 8, 2023

RFP Closing Date: March 17, 2023

The City will propose this Intent to Award to City Council on Tuesday, April 19, 2023.  If approved, this will allow the City Manager and any applicable staff to enter into contract and/or pricing negotiations. 

Subject to City Council approval and negotiations, an award shall be made to S&ME. 

Protest of Award: Any Proposer who is aggrieved in connection with the award of the contract shall file a written protest with the City Manager within four calendar days of the date the Intent to Award memorandum is posted on the City’s website. Any matter that could have been raised pursuant to a protest of contents of solicitation, may not be raised as a protest of award.

Failure to file a timely protest: If Proposer fails to request a protest within the four calendar days, the solicitation or award shall be final.
