- Electronic Bill Pay (Payments made through your bank will process more efficiently and will no longer be dependent on postal delivery)
- Bill Presentment and Storage (Customer bills will be stored in an easy to access and view pdf format for up to 2 years)
- Payment Reminders (Electronic reminders will be sent prior to the due date)
- Paperless Billing (Customers can choose e-bills and opt out of paper billing for less waste)
- e-Check Payments* (payments can be made by electronic check)
- Text to Pay* (Payments can be made through cell phone texts)
- Pay by Phone (IVR)* (Payments can be made through dialing an automated number)

Pay Water/Sewer Bill Online
Effective July 1, 2023: Payments processed next business day. The SC.GOV service fee will be applied in the amount of $1.00, plus 1.7% of the payment amount.
Note: If your service has been disconnected or plugged, please call the Water Billing Office after making an online payment. The online system does not notify the office when payments are made for reconnection. Please include the non-payment fee, which may not be reflected immediately online.
