Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Special Public Hearing on May 20, 2013, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Special Exception Request No. 001-13 by David Bryant pertaining to Section 7.2 Patio and Zero Lot Line Housing. The property located at 800 Lexington Ave (TMS #005769-04-001 & TMS# 005769-04-002).
